Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to deliver a purchased perk and to keep a payment record.

What is stored

• Your email address and a hashed password
• The Discord or Telegram account ID a perk is delivered to
• Order records: amount, currency, status and timestamps
• Payment confirmations received from our payment processor

What is not stored

Card numbers never reach this platform. Payment details are entered on a secure hosted payment page and are never transmitted to or stored by OpenWaterSoftware.

Retention

Order and payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Account data is deleted on request, except where a payment record must be kept.
