Refund Policy

Refund terms are set by each community operator and shown on their store page. Where an operator has not published terms, the following applies.

Eligibility

A perk that was paid for but never delivered — for example, a Discord role that failed to apply — is refundable in full. Contact the operator first; unresolved cases can be escalated to platform support.

Effect of a refund

Refunding an order revokes the perk it granted. The Discord role is removed, or the buyer is removed from the private Telegram chat.

Chargebacks

A chargeback revokes the associated perk immediately and may suspend the buyer from future purchases across the platform.
