Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the OpenWaterSoftware platform by community operators ("operators") and by people who purchase perks from them ("buyers").

Operator responsibilities

Operators are responsible for the perks they sell, for delivering the community experience they advertise, and for complying with the platform rules of Discord and Telegram. Selling access that violates those platforms' terms is grounds for suspension.

Payments

OpenWaterSoftware acts as merchant of record for sales made through the platform. We collect payment from buyers on the operator's behalf, deduct the platform fee, and remit the balance to the operator. Operators do not hold a payment account with us or with any processor as a condition of selling.

Suspension

Stores that generate excessive chargebacks, sell prohibited goods, or misrepresent what a perk includes may be paused or suspended, and pending balances withheld pending review.
